These terms apply to text messages sent through Easy Contracts, a software platform operated by Kore Funding LLC, d/b/a Easy Contracts TC, that real estate brokerages and their agents use to communicate with their clients and prospective clients.
Who sends the messages. Messages come from a real estate brokerage or one of its agents, using Easy Contracts. Each message identifies the brokerage or agent it comes from.
What you'll receive. Messages about your real estate inquiry or transaction: replies to your questions, appointment and showing coordination, follow-ups, and updates on documents and deadlines. Message frequency varies with your conversation and your transaction.
How you agree. You agree to receive texts when you check the box on a brokerage's or agent's contact or inquiry form that says you agree to receive text messages, or when you tell the agent directly that you agree to be texted, which the agent records. Agreeing is not a condition of buying or selling property or of using any service.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Stopping messages. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that brokerage. You will receive one message confirming you've opted out, and no more after that. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. To start again, reply START.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages.
